PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll wheel device capable of effectively preventing soil adhering and bringing smooth movement in a seeding attachment for soybeans, beer barley and the like. SOLUTION: The seeding attachment A is equipped with a furrow opening wheel 2 in front of a machine frame 1 having a hitch 1a on the front end, a seeder 3 above the rear of the furrow opening wheel 2, a wheel 4 for collecting soil and a roll wheel 5 in the tail. The roll wheel device is constituted by spanning a synthetic rubber belt 6 made of neoprene or the like around the whole periphery of the roll wheel through an adhesive 9 such as a bond or the like.
