PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a modesty panel attachable to a curved top plate and a top plate with a modesty panel. SOLUTION: The modesty panel 20 is made by bonding a synthetic resin foam 1 and a decorative laminate 4. A groove 8 is provided by cutting the backside of a base material constituting the top plate 7, and an end part of the modesty panel 20 is inserted into and attached to the groove 8.
