PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically cut the predetermined quantity of the toilet paper per each time of use for a user having a handicap in hands. SOLUTION: A roll 2 is rotated to unroll the toilet paper 2a, and this unrolled paper 2a is dropped on a receiver 8, and a reciprocation driving bar 7 gives the reciprocating movement in the lateral direction to the toilet paper 2 on the way of a fall to fold the toilet paper 2a dropped on the receiver 8. When the predetermined quantity of the toilet paper 2a is folded, a cutter 19 cuts the toilet paper 2a, and the predetermined quantity of the toilet paper 2a is thereby automatically supplied per each time of use.
