PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized spray head capable of stably spraying various liquids in an optional direction. SOLUTION: The spray head 11A is constituted so as to possess an ultrasonic transducer 53 which is provided with a resonator 52 for amplifying the minute change of a piezoelectric element group 51 provided at the base end side end transmitting to the rear side and produces ultrasonic vibration of longitudinal vibration mode and a cylindrical tube 54 fixed to outer circumferential side face of the based end side of the resonator 52 to cover the outer circumference of the ultrasonic transducer 53 and mounted to form an annular gap 73 in the diameter direction of the tip side end face of the resonator 52 and to mount a non-pored vibration plate 57 at the tip side end face of the resonator 52. The spray head 11A has a folded part 57 formed to turn the tip side of the cylindrical tube 54 to the inside diameter direction and the liquid supplied to the non-pored vibration plate 57 through the annular gap 73 holds the thickness of the liquid film by the surface tension between the folded part 74 and the non-pored vibration plate 57.
