PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating mask apparatus in which the height of the coating mask apparatus provided with a receiving fixture having a work placing surface greatly inclined to a fixture base is lowered and the operation of a link type elevating/lowering mechanism for vertically moving the receiving fixture is smoothly carried out. SOLUTION: In the coating mask apparatus in which the receiving fixture 40 for placing a work is adjacent to and separated from an upper mask main body and the elevating/lowering mechanism 33 is erected using a handle 24 having a horizontal rod part 24a intersecting a lever 15 at right angles, the height of the mask apparatus main body is lowered by arranging the whole mask apparatus main body except the handle 24 to incline in the direction to which the inclination of the work placing surface to the horizontal is reduced. A handle contact part 15b of the lever 15 is constituted of a bolt intersecting the horizontal rod part 24a of the handle and a rolling collar and when the handle 24 pushes the lever 15 down, the rolling collar is rolled along the horizontal rod part 24a to suppress the occurrence of the sliding friction force and then the handle operation for operating the elevating/lowering mechanism 33 is made light.
