PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tourniquet ligator by which a sheath tube to keep the ligature condition of a tourniquet of equipment used for ligature and blood stanching with the tourniquet is prevented from obstructing the operation field to easily secure the operation field. SOLUTION: This tourniquet ligator has a sheath tube 1 with a flat shape cross section and a snare 3 capable of passing the sheath tube 1 in a condition a tourniquet 4 hooked on the tip end hook part 3a. The tourniquet 4 used preferably has a flat shape cross section.
