PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe capable of fluorescence observation without occupying the forceps channel of an endoscope and a fluorescence diagnostic system equipped with the probe. SOLUTION: This probe P is equipped with pluralities of a first optical fiber F1 to guide exciting rays to excite an organism so as to generate auto- fluorescence and a second optical fiber F2 to guide detected rays including the auto-fluorescence. Both optical fibers F1, F2 are bundled as a complex bundle so that the cross section area is formed in a ring shape except a hollow area in a prescribed area from the tip ends, and are respectively bundled as an individual branch bundle at each proximal end side. Accordingly treatment devices, etc., can be inserted through the hollow area even when the probe P is inserted through the forceps channel of the endoscope. |
