PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe with which a wearer does not need particularly a shoehorn or a tab piece and does not need to stoop or use hands when putting on the shoe, and to provide an accessory built-in or to be attached to the shoe with which the wearer does not need the shoehorn. SOLUTION: In a shoe made of cloth or rubber, or a leather shoe whose heel section is made of an elastic body such as rubber, the shoe is provided in an inside heel section with a stay plate 3 and a bendable turn plate 2 in an up/down hinge type, on a bendably turning portion 11 of which a torsion spring 4a is mounted in the up/down hinge type, so that a heel pressure of the wearer is applied backward to the heel section of the shoe, which is pushed to widen without collapsing, whereby a foot of the wearer is facilitated to be inserted. Besides, another torsion spring 4b is mounted on a sole portion in the stay plate 2. An outside-shoe section of the bendable turn plate 2 is made of a slippery material, or formed with a horn body. In the general leather shoe, or a shoe whose stay section is made hard and a bendable section is made of the elastic body such as rubber, the sole portion of the stay plate 3 in the up/down hinge type is made in a L shape so as not to fall forward, or the inside upper heel section of the shoe is formed with a notch groove section which is cut in a V shape in a cross section.
