<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable game device which allows a user to avoid pain caused by discharge of static electricity and allows the user to enjoy the discharge of the static electricity in accordance of the type of the portable game device. SOLUTION: This portable game device is equipped with: a first electrode 130 which abuts on the skin of the user in use; and a second electrode which can be brought into conduction with the first electrode 130. A potential difference between the first electrode 130 and the second electrode is monitored, and an image indicating an alarm is displayed on a display 110 when the potential difference between them exceeds a prescribed reference potential difference. The user, which sees the image, brings the second electrode into contact with a conductor after bringing the first electrode 130 into the conduction with the second electrode, for the purpose of outward discharge of electric charge accumulated in his/her body.</p> |
