PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally put out a dispensed ball even when recovery processing from power shutdown is carried out. SOLUTION: A put-out controlling part 701 outputs a dispensing permission signal only when display of a hoisted flag is grasped. When the put-out controlling part 701 determines a power shutdown condition, the put-out controlling part 701 forcibly lowers a signal output permission flag and backs it up in response to own determination of the power shutdown condition, so that the dispensing permission signal is prevented from outputting in recovery from the power shutdown. Consequently, the dispensed ball can be put out normally even when the recovery processing from the power shutdown is carried out.
