PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new shredder utilization service in which shredder providing service is combined with recycling. SOLUTION: A shredder 10 specifies state classification corresponding to document description information acquired via a document description information acquisition means 14 before shredding a document on reference to a state classification database 11b and further classification pertinent quantity is specified and is stored in a classification pertinent quantity storing region 11c. Then a shredder charging system 30 receives the specified state classification and the specified classification pertinent quantity from the shredder 10 via a communication means 32 and adjusts charging quantity of money of the shredder 10 on reference to a charging adjusted quantity of money database.
