PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the change of heater blocks even in the case of changing heater blocks having different numbers of wells and shapes. SOLUTION: This microwell chip 1 is formed by high-speed injection molding, the thickness of a chip main body 2 is 1 mm, the volume of a well 4 is 1.2μL and the thickness of the bottom 6 of the chip 4 is 250μm. A ring-shaped projection part 8 projected from the surface of the chip main body 2 to 200μm height is formed around the opening part of the well 4. The opening of the well 4 can be sealed by a sheetlike sealing material 10 of aluminum or a resin. Since the whole plane shape of the microwell chip 1 is rectangular and the bottom is made into a flat plane state, the shape of a heat block used is plane and the microwell chip is not affected by specifications of chip such as the number of wells, the shape of wells, etc. |
