PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport mist at a pressure higher than the inner pressure of a tank by producing the mist stably. SOLUTION: A baffle plate 28 is mounted at an inlet of a mist take-out port 16 of an outside tank 1 and a mist discharge means 28 is mounted at an outlet of the mist take-out port 16. In the mist discharge means 29, an air passage 29a where pressurized air flows-in from an air introducing passage 30, a mist passage 29b where the mist flows-in from the mist take-in port 16 and a mixed body passage 29c where a mixed body of air with the mist flows-in are formed. When the pressurized air is jetted from the air passage 29a, negative pressure occurs along the flow of the pressurized air to lower the pressure in the inside mist chamber 6 and the mist in the outside mist chamber 7 joins with the pressurized air to be jetted at a high pressure from the outlet of a mist transporting passage 31.
