PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sorting precision of rice hulled by an impeller blade type rice huller 9. SOLUTION: In the impeller blade type rice huller 9, a separation plate 17 composed of a slit or a net is disposed in a hulled rice dispersing chamber 16 for supplying the hulled rice, a falling passage 27 through which grains and rice husks fall is disposed therebelow, a pressurized air passage 28 for sending pressurized air by the impeller blade is arranged behind the separation plate 17 so that the grains and the rice husks fallen through the falling passage 27 are supplied to a sorting air passage 7 while being sorted by the pressurized air passed through the pressurized air passage 29. By this constitution, the pressurized air in the hulled rice is effectively returned to the sorting air passage 7, supplied hulled rice is air-sorted while being dispersed and sorting precision of the hulled rice can be improved.
