PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux coating device capable of automatically and efficient ly coating a uniform flux to a wire, in a manufacturing process of a biopsy forcept. SOLUTION: In the flux coating device for coating the flux 8 for jointing treatment on the tip of the wire 5, a drag 1 having a U-shaped-groove 12 on the upper face, a pair of moving molds 2, 3 openably/closably disposed opposedly on the drag 1 and provided with vertical walls and arc-shaped walls opposedly disposed, a cope 4 fitting in the groove 12 of the drag 1 through the vertical wall while making contact with a tapelike resin material 7 for flux filling disposed on a pair of the moving molds 2, 3, and refuges above the U-shaped groove, a means of filling the flux 8 in the U-shaped groove of the tapelike resin material 7, and a means of sinking the wire and taking out the wire for operating forcept cup to/from the U-shaped groove of the tapelike resin material 7 filled and stored with the flux 8. |
