PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable heat-accumulating device wherein a salt hydrate is used as a heat-accumulating material, and the start of an unintended crystallization is suppressed, and also, a solidification can be surely started at a desired timing. SOLUTION: For this portable type heat accumulating device, a protruding section comprising a container is connected with a main body section comprising a container through a capillary. In this case, the container constituting the main body section contains a heat-accumulating material containing the salt hydrate, and an inert gas. The container constituting the protruding section comprises a flexible material, and the internal surface of which is water- repellent, and at least at one section of which, a solidified heat accumulating material is contained.
