METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STERILIZING AND CLEANING HOT BATH WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domestic and institutional hot bath water sterilizing and cleaning method capable of performing the sterilization of hot bath water necessary and sufficient for bathing without unreasonably consuming a saline solution and power and capable of also obtaining medicinal effect. SOLUTION: Anodic water obtained by electrolysis so as to hold the ORP value of hot bath water to 300-2,000 mV is mixed with domestic hot bath water only for 1-3 hr per day or always mixed with institutional hot bath water. The anodic water is mixed when hot bath water coming out of a bathtub (Y) is passed through a heater (1) and a filter (10) to be circulated to the bathtub (Y).
