PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve surely performing an opening operation and a clogging operation. SOLUTION: This check valve 5 for flowing fluid to only one direction in pipeline is constituted of a circular base 5a having an opening h through which the fluid is made to pass in the pipeline and a soft material 5b which is superimposed on the base 5a so that the opening h is always kept in clogged state or deformed elastically by the sucking action of the fluid so that the opening h is opened.
