PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience that when rice milling is performed after polishing degree set at the time of rice milling last time is changed to a different polishing degree, rice grains of polishing degree different from set polishing degree is discharged at the initial stage of next rice milling in a pressure type rice milling machine for domestic use. SOLUTION: When operation of a polishing degree setting dial is detected by an actuation detection switch, residual rice is ejected by temporarily driving a rice milling motor. After suspension time for returning the ejected residual rice to a hopper, a rice milling process starts.
