PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional ring for locking with a hook that the ring deviates to a back direction and the ring is difficult to be used in the mounting position of the ring. SOLUTION: A connecting ring section on a take-up machine side situated on the left side of a waist is provided with the ring for locking with a hook integrally therewith or as a separate body to facilitate fitting of the hook of a safety device for preventing a fall during a vertical (ascending and descending) movement and to improve the follow-up property of the safety device during the ascending and descending movement.
