<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swage cleaning element and a sewage cleaning apparatus, which have a simple structure, are low in cost and easily attached, shorten the construction period, and are excellent in sewage treatment performance. SOLUTION: A number of the sewage cleaning elements 3 is housed in a hollow box body 5 where sewage is sprayed from above and treated water obtained by treating the sewage is discharged from the bottom. Each of the sewage cleaning elements 3 is provided with a porous cylindrical body, to which microorganisms stick, and a cylindrical frame body, in which the porous cylindrical body is accommodated.</p> |
