摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrothermal oxidation and decomposition apparatus capable of performing stable decomposition treatment without generating fluctuations in decomposition treatment capacity. SOLUTION: This hydrothermal oxidation and decomposition apparatus is equipped with a cylindrical primary reactor 122 together provided with a cyclone separator 121, pressure pumps 124a-124d for pressurizing respective liquids 123a-123d of oil, PCB, water and sodium hydrooxide in the primary reactor 122 to feed them, a heat exchanger 125 for preheating water supplied to the primary reactor 122, a secondary reactor 126 connected to the primary reactor 122 and constituted by spirally winding piping, a cooler 127 for cooling the treated liquid from the secondary reactor 126, a pressure measuring instrument 142 for measuring the pressure in the reaction system, an on-off valve 143 for adjusting the pressure in the reaction system on the basis of the measured result of the pressure measuring instrument 142, and a gas-liquid separator 129 for separating the depressurized treated liquid into gas and a liquid.
