METHOD FOR PREPARING OUTSIDE SHIELD ON MEDICAL TRANSPLANTATION MATERIAL AND THE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help hiding of a small defect such as a scratch on the surface of an outside shield of a medical transplantation material. SOLUTION: A metal substrate sheet (310) having first and second flat surfaces is provided. In order to form embossed texture design (fold design) pattern on the first flat surface, the metal substrate sheet (310) is embossed and formed in the shape of the outside shield of the medical transplanting material. Thus, the embossed texture design (fold design) pattern is formed on the outside surface of the shield at least to hide the defect like a small scratch on the surface.
