PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement-lifting up and down structure in an implement vehicle, enabling the easy positioning of the implement at an optional position between a prescribed position and a ground contact position in the case of being equipped with a manual operating tool for acting the lifting up and down mechanism so as to lift up the implement to the prescribed position or down to the ground contact position. SOLUTION: This implement-lifting up and down structure is constituted so that when the manual operating tool is operated in upper direction (lower direction), the lifting up and down mechanism 7 works so as to lift up the implement to the prescribed position (down to the ground contact position), and when the manual operating tool 20 is operated in upper direction while the implement is being lifted up to the prescribed position, the lift up and down mechanism 7 stops. The structure is equipped with a retreat lift up means acting the lift up and down mechanism 7 so as to lift up the implement to the prescribed position when the transmission device for traveling is operated to its retreat side and also a restricting means for prohibiting the action of the retreat lift up means when the lifting up and down mechanism 7 stops as mentioned above.
