PURPOSE: Provided is a process for steaming rice in a pine tree container, thereby providing high quality of steamed rice having healthy components, an excellent taste and pharmacological efficacy. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of steamed rice in a pine tree container comprises the steps of: cutting a pine tree into an appropriate size and preparing a pine tree container; inserting rice and water in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 into the pine tree container and sealing the container with hangi(korean traditional paper); and steaming it at 90-130deg.C for 60-90 minutes. |
