PURPOSE: A flower arrangement device is provided on which flower stem pressing gateway and adsorption member including first and second adsorption members are formed, in which water contained in the body is not flown out even when the device is fallen down, and which can be adhered onto the polished or irregular wall surface. CONSTITUTION: The flower arrangement device on which flower stem pressing gateway and adsorption member including first and second adsorption members are formed comprises a body(60) in which water can be contained; an adsorption member comprising first adsorption member(80) and second adsorption member(81) which are formed on one side part of the outer circumference of the body(60); a drying prevention member(86) formed on one side part of the inner circumference of the adsorption member comprising first adsorption member(80) and second adsorption member(81), wherein an adhesive(85) is interposed between the drying prevention member(86) and the first adsorption member(80); a lid part(10) installed at the gateway of the upper part of the body(60); and a flower stem pressing gateway(20) formed at upper one side part of the lid part(10), wherein the lid part(10) is formed of a rubber material having contractile force as a means for preventing water contained in a space of the body(60) from flowing out to the outside so that the stem of a flower is tightened and supported by contractile force when the stem of a flower is flown into the flower stem pressing gateway(20) formed on upper one side part of the lid part(10) when using the flower arrangement device.
