SENSOR RING FOR ABS OF VEHICLE BY USING STEEL PLATE

PURPOSE: A sensor ring for an ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) of a vehicle with a steel plate is provided to increase the productivity by reducing the weight of the vehicle and expenses, and to prevent cracks in assembling the sensor ring with the axle by making the sensor ring of stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: A sensor ring(22) for an ABS of a vehicle is composed of a bore part(20) contacted to an axle partially in mounting; a connecting part(23) radially extended in the end of the bore part; and a sensing part(21) having plural saw teeth(25) arranged at regular intervals and faced to the outer periphery of the bore part by extending vertically from the outer end of the connecting part. A doughnut plate(26) is formed by cutting a steel plate, and the staple-shaped section is formed with bending inner and outer parts of the plate. Saw teeth are formed at regular intervals by embossing the outer part of the plate. The productivity is increased with preventing rust by making the sensor ring of stainless steel.
