PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation process of unrefined rice wine containing ethanol extracted propolis(EEP) or water extracted propolis(WEP) which is good for human health. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of unrefined rice wine is characterized by extracting propolis with water or alcohol as an extraction solvent; purifying the extract to obtain ethanol extracted propolis(EEP) or water extracted propolis(WEP); adding malt, job's tear and hulled millet to the extract and heating them; and vacuum-homogenizing, vacuum-centrifuging, vacuum-filtering the mixture then aging it.
