PURPOSE: A bulkhead assembly for sealing cylinder tube of a power steering system for a vehicle is provided to remove an additional rust proofing process and facilitate maintenance by improving a retainer ring for fixing the bulkhead. CONSTITUTION: A bulkhead assembly for sealing cylinder tube of a power steering system for a vehicle includes a bulkhead(44) and a retainer ring(46). The bulkhead forms O-ring grooves(66) for insertion O-rings(50) to keep airtightness between a steering rack and a cylinder tube, a retainer ring seat unit(54) to interpose the retainer ring, and a retainer groove(56). The retainer ring is disposed to the retainer ring seat unit of the bulkhead and to a retainer groove formed in the bore of the cylinder tube. The retainer ring has one V-shaped bent-up unit or plural V-shaped bent-up units inserted in the retainer groove of the bulkhead. Thus, a repair hole and a rust proofing process are not required and therefore, the cost is reduced.
