PURPOSE: A rattling noise preventing device of a transmission for a vehicle is provided to prevent the rattling noise by damping torsional vibration and bending vibration in a crank shaft, to strengthen the rotational inertia force by increasing the thickness of a flywheel, and to improve the calorific capacity. CONSTITUTION: A rattling noise preventing device of a vehicle transmission comprises a crank shaft(2) of which rotational force is changed periodically depending on the combustion process of the mixed gas, a flywheel(4) transmitting the variable rotational force to a transmission without change by the rotational inertial, and a power transmitting unit installed between the crank shaft and the flywheel and transmitting the rotational force of the crank shaft to the flywheel while damping the torsional vibration and bending vibration in the crank shaft.
