STRUCTURE OF MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY FILTER

PURPOSE: A structure of a electromagnetic compatibility filter is provided to effectively shield and bypass the common mode noise component flowing along the power cable. CONSTITUTION: An active line(6), a neutral line(7) and a ground line(8) are accommodated in an outer coating(4) made of a material preventing noise. The active line and the neutral line are sealed by a ferrite bead made of a material having a high permeability. When current flows through the active line and the neutral line, noise of a common mode and a differential mode flow along both lines. The noise generates magnetic fields of different directions which are removed in the ferrite bead. The active line, neutral line and the ground line are connected through a penetrating condenser(2) so as to bypass noise. The active line, neutral line and the ground line are connected through a discharge tube(3) so as to prevent excess voltage.
