PURPOSE: A system and a method for operating a company on virtual space are provided to induce continuous interest for a game by systematically matching with diverse career levels and by relocating a grade through a promotion match after establishing the company of the virtual space based on a match result. CONSTITUTION: A server system(100) includes a homepage displaying a selectable game item and an organization chart of the company, and a database(120) storing the information for executing the game displayed on the web page and other game, the match method information of each game, the company organization information based on the result of each game and the information for an affiliated member. The server system(100) executes the game according to a selection of the member on the homepage, configures the company organization or updates the organization information based on the game result, and displays the organization information. A member client system(200) includes an Internet communication tool to connect to the server system(100) through the Internet.
