SENSOR RING FOR ABS OF VEHICLE BY USING STEEL PIPE

PURPOSE: A sensor ring for an ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) of a vehicle with a steel pipe is provided to increase the productivity by reducing the weight of the vehicle and expenses, and to prevent cracks in assembling the axle by making the steel pipe of stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: A sensor ring(5) for an ABS of a vehicle is composed of an inverse U-shaped and uneven part(3) protruded in the middle of a ring-shaped base surface(2), and plural rectangular holes(4) arranged in the circumference of the uneven part. A cylindrical steel pipe(6) is cut by a cutter or an electric saw, and the uneven part is formed in the base surface through rolling or forging process. Plural rectangular holes are arranged at regular intervals and formed in the circumference of the uneven part. Crack is prevented in assembling the sensor ring with the axle, and the productivity is increased with making the sensor ring of stainless steel.
