FIELD: automotive industry; passive safety systems. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at prevention of injuries in case of head-on impacts and over turning of vehicle. According to proposed invention, passive safety systems start operating before moment of collision with obstacle. At emergency braking driver's seat is tilted backwards under action of displaced center of gravity of driver's body by signal from brake pedal pressure pickup providing release of electromagnetic catches on front supports of driver's seat and setting into action parking brake connected with driver's seat. EFFECT: improved safety in case of road accident, prevention of injuries of legs, breast and head. 2 dwg
