PURPOSE: Provided is a whitening cosmetics which contains natural extracts and is excellent in improvement of discoloration on the face, freckles, skin pigmentation disorders, etc. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition is characterized by comprising at least one kind of extract selected from Daphne genkwa Sieb. Et Zucc. and peach seeds, wherein the Daphne genkwa Sieb. Et Zucc. and the peach seeds are sequentially extracted by using a first extraction solvent, such as ethanol, methanol, propanol, butanol, amylalcohol, isopropanol, acetone, ethylmethylketone, et.c, then by using a second extraction solvent , such as ethylacetate, dimethylether, benzene, dichloromethane, chloroform, etc.
