PURPOSE: A propelling object is provided to generate a propelling force by manually filling the flying body with the compressed air and constantly discharging the compressed air from the flying body. CONSTITUTION: A propelling body comprises a compressed air engine(1); a flying body(2) assembled to the compressed air engine and filled with a compressed air; two pair of wings symmetrically assembled to left and right sides of the compressed air engine, in such a manner that the two pair of wings perform flapping motions within an angular range of about 70 degrees, a pair of rear wings(4a,4b) move down when a pair of front wings(3a,3b) move up, and these movements are repeatedly carried out; and a head part(5) assembled to the compressed air engine, so as to cover the front end and top of the compressed air engine.
