SINTERING CAR EQUIPPED WITH CONCAVO-CONVEX SHAPED SEAL BARS

PURPOSE: A sintering car equipped with concavo-convex shaped seal bars is provided to improve productivity of sintering process and quality of sintered ore by sealing a gap generated between seal bars by engagement of prominence and depression parts, thereby cutting off inflow of an external air through the gap. CONSTITUTION: In a transfer car for transporting blended raw materials of an iron ore sinter machine, the sintering car equipped with concavo-convex shaped seal bars is characterized in that prominence and depression parts(27) which are reciprocally engaged with each other are formed on the surface adjacent to a plural seal bars(19) adhered onto the bottom of the transfer car in such a way that the seal bars(19) are slidingly closely adhered onto a wearing bar adhered to the upper edge part of a wind box of the sinter machine, wherein the prominence and depression parts(27) are formed in a vertical surface on a surface facing the center of the transfer car while the prominence and depression parts(27) are formed in an inclined plane on a surface(31) facing the outer side of the transfer car by bisecting the end surface of the seal bars(19).
