PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation process of wine containing ethanol extracted propolis(EEP) or water extracted propolis(WEP) which is good for human health. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of wine is characterized by extracting propolis with water or alcohol as an extraction solvent; purifying the extract to obtain ethanol extracted propolis(EEP) or water extracted propolis(WEP); adding grape juice to the extract and heating them; and vacuum-separating, spirit fermentation of, vacuum-mixing, vacuum-filtering, vacuum-sterilizing the mixture then aging it.
