PURPOSE: A system and a method for real-time repair and maintenance through the Internet are provided to perform repair and maintenance easily without a direct visit of an expert engineer by processing a maintenance service in the real-time through the link with a server or a maintenance manger via an Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A group server(200) is connected to a manager PC(300) and a user PC(400) through the Internet network(100). The group server(200) progresses the maintenance service, makes a situation for the maintenance server into the data and fixes a maintenance manager needed to progress the service. The group server(200) includes a main server(201), a web server(202), a distributed server(203) and a database server(204). A maintenance supporting device(301) or a camera(302) for the specified repair or maintenance is connected to the manager PC(300). A process equipment(401) necessary for the repair or the maintenance is connected to the user PC(400).
