COATING COMPOSITION FOR DRUG RELEASE STENT AND DRUG RELEASE STENT PREPARED USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A coating composition for a drug release stent and a drug release stent prepared using the composition are provided to make it possible to control the velocity to release a drug properly and use in the immune reaction therapy administering inactivated microorganism. CONSTITUTION: The coating composition for a drug release stent comprises polyurethane, polyethylene glycol, a drug and an organic solvent. The drug release stent comprises a cylindrical body formed of metal wires; and a coating layer which is coated on the body and comprises a drug, polyethylene glycol and polyurethane. The drug is selected from group consisting of a biological immune enhancer and an anti-cancer drug.
