PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering contents are provided to make a contents provider sufficiently offer various quality contents to a user by making the contents provider obtain a stable AD(ADvertisement) income as remarkably increasing an effect of an Internet AD. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a user computer(s100), a business computer(s200), an advertiser computer(s300), a management tool(s550) and a shopping mall system(s500). The management tool(s550) includes a content receiving tool(s520) offering the registered content information and the content use information of the user to the user computer(s100), an AD content receiving tool(s530) enabling the advertiser computer(s300) to select the contents suitable to the AD contents and receiving the advertiser information and the AD content information from the advertiser computer(s300), a contents/AD registering tool registering the contents temporarily stored in the first database to the second database, an AD contents making tool, and a charge/AD fee billing tool. The shopping mall system(s500) includes a content providing tool(s510) receiving the user information from the user computer(s100) and offering the contents to the user computer(s100).
