摘要

PURPOSE: An extension work for an underground parking lot of an apartment house using precast concrete is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs and to prevent accidents. CONSTITUTION: The extension work for an underground parking lot of an apartment house using precast concrete comprises the steps of placing concrete on the bottom of an underground parking lot, assembling many precast members functioning as a column to the applied floor concrete(1), installing an external retaining wall with reinforcing bars to prevent soil of an external wall from running to the outside of the assembled columns, assembling beams to the column and the external retaining wall, assembling a ceiling plate to the top of the assembled beams, and placing concrete on the top of the assembled ceiling plate.
