METHOD FOR PEROSSEOUS OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF FRACTURES AND AFTEREFFECTS DUE TO FRACTURES OF BRACHIAL BONE

FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should introduce needle into proximal metaphysis of brachial bone in sagittal plane. Then needle should be introduced into distal metaphysis in frontal plane. By leaving some space towards fracture available, it is necessary to introduce per one helical rod into each fragment perpendicular to its long axis at the angle of 70- 90 deg. against introduction plane of corresponding needle. Perosseous elements should be fixed in apparatus for external fixation. The method enables to decrease traumaticity at sufficient hardness of fixation and exclude lesion of the main vessels and nerves. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 3 dwg, 1 ex
