FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should conduct histological testing of duodenal mucosal bioptates in periulcerous area to determine blood serum immunoglobulins G level. At Helicobacter pylori availability, complete gastric metaplasia in periulcerous area and decreased level of blood serum immunoglobulins being below 6,62±0,8 g/l one should predict the possibility for complication development. The innovation is very simple in application and enables to evaluate the degree of morphological changes due to immunological methods to detect the character and depth of shifts in immune system.
