FIELD: pipeline fitting, namely systems for controlling working fluid flow in main pipelines, mainly in high pressure pipelines at high flowrates of working fluid. SUBSTANCE: valve includes housing with inlet and outlet openings; valve seat; shutoff member joined with drive unit; sealing members. Cylindrical insert is arranged in housing. Shutoff member is in the form of hollow sleeve. The last is mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion along outer surface of cylindrical insert. Said sleeve is made of two mutually joined cylindrical portions. Outer diameter of portion engaging with housing consists 0.9 -1.1 of inner diameter of its portion engaging with insert. Invention allows to decrease efforts necessary for moving shutoff member. EFFECT: enhanced operational stability of valve. 4 cl, 1 dwg
