BENT STEEL SECTION FOR ROAD GUARD

摘要

FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of rolled bent sections for road guards. SUBSTANCE: section has in cross section central trapezoidal corrugation with horizontal flanges near its base; lateral inclined walls and portions bent by predetermined radius. Central corrugation has height exceeding that of above mentioned walls and it has width exceeding its height and inclination angle of its edges relative to horizon less than that of walls. In mean part of central corrugation there is additional rectangular corrugation oriented in opposite direction relative to central corrugation and having height less than that of central corrugation and ribs extended along predetermined radiuses. EFFECT: enhanced rigidity of bent steel sections at dynamic loads, lowered metal consumption. 1 dwg, 1 ex
