FIELD: chemical engineering apparatus. SUBSTANCE: proposed heat- and massexchange apparatus has revolving shaft and cylindrical housing with gas supply and discharge branch pipes mounted in its upper portion and liquid supply and discharge branch pipes mounted in its lower portion; housing is provided with dividing circular partitions. Mounted between extreme partitions are cylindrical inserts; inserts and partitions are fastened together and one extreme partition is fastened with housing. Inserts and partitions form sections in which transversal solid disks are mounted on revolving shaft; secured on side of said disks are stacks of circular contact disks mounted at spaced relation to inserts, shaft, each other and dividing circular partitions; they are partially immersed in liquid, thus forming zigzag, radial-axial and successive and parallel flow of gases. Heat- and mass-exchange process is performed at continuous flow of film of liquid and contact interaction of gas flow with liquid flow. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 cl, 5 dwg |
