FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of isoindoline of the formula (I) H2 where Y means oxygen atom or R1; one of R2 and R1 means halogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy-, alkylamino-, dialkylamino-, cyano- or carbamoyl-group; the second from R2 and R3 means hydrogen, halogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy-, alkylamino-, dialkylamino-, cyano- or carbamoyl-group; -alpha means hydrogen atom, alkyl or benzyl. The presented compound exhibit inhibitory activity with respect to decrease of unfavorable effects of TNF-alpha and inflammatory cytokines and owing to this property they can be used as an active component in pharmaceutical composition, in methods for reduction or inhibition of unfavorable levels of TNF- and inflammatory cytokines and in methods of treatment of different diseases in mammals.
