PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain the subject molded product imparted in a good antistatic effect in addition to an electric insulation characteristic by forming an antistatic layer comprising a fluororesin on the surface of a substrate comprising a fluororesin not containing an ion exchange group. SOLUTION: This method for producing a fluororesin molded product comprises fusing (B) a fluororesin having groups capable of being converted into ion exchange groups to (A) at least one place of the surface of a fluororesin molded product substantially not having a group capable of being converted into an ion exchange group, and subsequently converting the groups capable of being converted into the ion exchange groups in the component B constituting the formed surface layer into the ion exchange groups. The component A includes polytetrafluoroethylene. The component B is preferably the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene with a monomer having the group capable of being converted into the ion exchange group. The method for forming the surface layer is e.g. a method comprising placing the component B on the inner surface of a mold for an injection molding, and subsequently injecting the component A into the mold. |
