PURPOSE: A pulsator type drying and washing machine is provided to discharge air of high temperature and high humidity to the outside via a water supply duct instead of any additional air discharge structure, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A pulsator type drying and washing machine includes an inner cover(3a) tightly mounted to an upper end of an outer tub for blocking the leakage of air from the outer tub, a circulation duct(20) connected to the inner cover and incorporating a blower fan and a heater for supplying heated air into an inner tub, a water supply duct(10) connected to the inner cover for introducing water into the inner tub or guiding humidified air of the inner tub to the outside of the outer tub in the case of drying, a detergent case(17) communicated with the water supply duct for adding detergent to the water supplied to the inner tub or dehumidifying the air discharged via the water supply duct in the case of drying, and a discharge duct(40) connected to the detergent case for discharging the dehumidified air to the outside.
